MEGS Support Pledge

The research money needed to fund the devlopment of certain aspects of MEGS is to be raisied by the contributions of a million people through the Million/Billion Club.  The financial and security processes that will be needed for the secure and efficient use of this research money will need to be in place belore any of this money will be requested.  These activities will begin when a hundred people have signed the pledge.  No money will be requested from those who sign the pledge until the policies and administrative structures are crerated. The MEGS Support Pledge is the way we build momentum for the introduction of MEGS, and to make people believe that such an undertaking as this can be achieved by grassroots effort.  You make print the MEGS SUPPORT PLEDGE which is presented below, and after signing it, mail it to MEGSorg, Inc. at 513 N. Madison Ave Suite 102, Bay City, MI 48708.

Print the Pledge

When MEGSorg, Inc. secures the 200th MEGS SUPPORT PLEDGE, and complies with the stipulations of Section I and II below, then I (we) will honor the following pledge:

I (we) pledge to contribute $200 per year to MEGSorg, Inc. for five years,

beginning in the year the 200th pledge is made,

to support and promote MEGS as a way to generate electricity.

I understand that within 30 days of the time that the 200th pledge is secured I will deliver $200.00 to MEGSorg, Inc. at its place of business, and in a similar manner on February 15th of the next 4 calendar years.

Section I – MEGSorg, Inc. will provide a secure account for pledged funds, a published plan for the administration and research expenditure of pledged funds, and a yearly audit of the contributions (and fees) and expenditures conducted by a CPA firm.

Section II – Should it occur that implementation activities are initiated with pledged funds, MEGSorg, Inc. will create the appropriate business entity to manage these activities.

I (we) have no expectation that the pledged funds will qualify as 501c3 contributions for IRS reporting and I (we) understand that while this pledge is not legally binding it will be relied upon by MEGSorg, Inc. as it develops its plans.
